I presented at the Delaware State Technology conference. I won second place 2007 June in The Geneva Logic Chocolate Challenge Essay contest. I was awarded a third MBNA grant for The Five Dysfunctions of A Team Journey an animation adventure with permission from Patrick Lencioni to allow my students to animate and present his national bestseller. \ \\t I have worked on State Arts Curriculum Standard writing in Fine Art and Digital Media Design. and reviewed for the National Standards. I have worked as a Delaware Division Of the Arts Grants Panel member in grant awarding of Delaware State Art Grants. I have won the 2020 Delaware State Employee Art Exhibition Dover De. \ \\tI am currently launching my third career as a full time Plein Air Artist since April 2022. I am active in the Howard Schroeder Thursday Sketch group Rehoboth Art League The Plein Air Painters of The Mid-atlantic. Summers often find me touring to The Dakota Pastel Wednesday Drawing Group in Mt. Vernon Washington. I document my painting process and share in Facebook groups and through Spark videos.\
